UA: The United Associated of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry of the United States and Canada (UA) represents plumbers, pipefitters, sprinkler fitters, HVACR service technicians, welders, and pipeliners working in the construction industry throughout North America.
MCAA: Mechanical Contractors Association of America serves the unique needs of firms involved in heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, piping, and mechanical service. They do this by providing its members with high-quality educational materials and programs to help them attain the highest level of managerial and technical expertise
MSCA: Mechanical Service Contractors of America is the leading organization for HVACR contractors, providing education, marketing, and labor/management services to assure its contractor members deliver quality performance, value and expertise for all building system needs. It is a subsidiary of the Mechanical Contractors Association of America.
BCA: Building Contractors Association effectively represents the interests of a diverse membership comprised of general contractors and subcontractors (both union and nonunion), utility and heavy highway contractors, architects, suppliers, associates, and construction users. The BCA is involved in regional economic development.
The Chamber: The Chamber is the sum of the collaborative efforts of members within Northeast Indiana who share the insight and inspiration to excel in business. Their mission is to serve as the primary advocate for commerce and business within the Greater Northeast Indiana region by providing solutions and services for business that ensure their members have what they need to flourish.
NISBC: The Northeast Indiana Sustainable Business Council provides training, certification, and assistance to area businesses in Northeast Indiana. The NISBC uses a program called Bright Green Business — a prescriptive training series helping businesses introduce a basic, business-focused Sustainable Practices Program in their operations.
ASHRAE: The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers focuses on building systems, energy efficiency, indoor air quality, refrigeration, and sustainability within the industry. Through research, standards writing, publishing and continuing education, ASHRAE shapes tomorrow’s built environment today.
