A. Hattersley & Sons, Inc. was hired as the General Contractor on the HVAC renovation for the LaPorte Community School Corporation. The project was to install air conditioning into an existing building that was over 50 years old and the timeframe to complete the project was less than 60 days. It consisted of 6 Air Handing Units, 2 Rooftop Units, 19 Unit Ventilators, 2 Boilers, 3 Dual-Compact Chillers with 5 Remote Condensers. All new heating and cooling 4-pipe system, new lighting, ceilings, and offices. We changed the steam over to hot water and added cooling throughout.
